This week, we’re joined by Tony Garcia of the Street Plans Collaborative to talk about their new report for TRB entitled Fast-Tracked: A Tactical Transit Study. Garcia talks about figuring out how to build transit projects, the activists that have been making things happen, and how you determine whether projects are tactical or not.
