    In the Brookings Driverless Cars, the columnist points to alot of changes that would be needed in how highways are designed and managed to “make it happen.” In the current do-nothing, lobbyist-induced approach to transportation funding, I really wonder if there is a means to create better transportation in the US, or if we’ll always be stuck with the current dysfunctional mess.
