Officials in Georgia admitted that its main agency in charge of regulating the retail car industry has only four investigators for 7,500 dealers in the state, making it difficult to crack down on illegal temp tag dealers who are "wreaking havoc" in New York City.
"I'm sick of it," said District 7 Supervisor Myrna Melgar, addressing a crowd of some 60 people Tuesday morning on the steps of San Francisco City Hall at a rally for protected bike lanes on Arguello.
This could be a cost-effective way to promote public safety, help at-risk individuals, create jobs, and improve downtown's reputation as a safe, fun place to spend time.
