Isaac Levy

Isaac Levy is a Senior Transportation Planner with the City of San Antonio’s Transportation Department, where he leads efforts to advance multimodal transportation. Originally from Galveston, Texas, Isaac developed an early interest in transportation. He moved to San Antonio in 2015 to attend the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geography & Environmental Sustainability, followed by a Master of Science in Urban & Regional Planning. Isaac joined the Transportation Department in 2023 to focus on multimodal planning and infrastructure development. He brings a strong foundation in urban planning, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement to his role, contributing to projects that shape safer, more accessible streets for all San Antonians.
