Josh Naramore

Josh Naramore is the Senior Program Manager for Policy at NACTO helping to guide NACTO’s policy efforts, harnessing the voices of city transportation professionals to improve state, local, and federal transportation policy. Prior to joining NACTO, Josh served as the Mobile GR Director for the City of Grand Rapids, Michigan, establishing a new department to manage parking, mobility, and transportation for the city. Before that, Josh worked for state and regional government agencies in a variety of roles encompassing grant management, stakeholder engagement, supervision of engineers and planners, transportation planning, and policy development in Cleveland, Portland, Oregon, and South Florida.
