Huge news for documentary lovers and rec path enjoyers of all kinds: There’s a new documentary coming out on PBS later this month about the story of the rails-to-trails movement, one of the most epic, controversial and *still ongoing* tales in the history of American advocacy.

This week’s episode of the Brake features an interview with executive producer Peter Harnik, who literally wrote the book on the history of the movement, to talk about how it became one of the fiercest battles over public space in U.S. history … even making it to the Supreme Court.
