Sam Balto (@CoachBalto) is a Weston Award Winner and Physical Education teacher at Cesar Chavez Elementary School in north Portland. He is perhaps best known for launching a guerrilla safety campaign using red cups to protect bike lanes in his home city of Portland, OR.
